Find everything your pet ever wanted A huge variety of pet items, food, an in-house veterinary service, grooming services (always seem to be busy), an outstanding dog obedience class as well as teach your dog tricks. People visit for the entertainment.
Mr. We have bee taking our dogs to the Petsmart "Pets Hotel" in Southlake for about eight years. We have boarded them there for as much as three weeks at a time. We have tried other facilities in the past, but none have measured up to the Pets Hotel interms of the comfort and care of our dogs, the professionalism of the staff and (most important for us) the delight our dogs demonstrate when we drop them off for a "vacation." The dogs are happy and healthy, so we are extremely satisfied with this excellent facility.
A great store The drive to Southlake is quite a journey for me (I live in Fort Worth), but we went to this store to adopt our dog. The store is huge, with everything we could ever want for Mitchell (our adopted terrier mix). We adopted him from a rescue organization, which partners with Petsmart to find dogs homes. Petsmart also provided us with a bunch of coupons for dog needs.
Excellent Pet Supplies We have two dogs and they love to go to PetsMArt with us. It is a great store with good supply in stock and very good prices. They also do grooming at this location. Highly recommend. PROS: Grooming, Good Service, Great area and location CONS:
I took my dog to the pet hotel during the weekend. My dog is a husky. When we picked him up monday they told us that he didnt want to get in the suite, and apperently they told us that an employ got hurt trying to get him in. That's the only thing they told us. When we picked him up all day everyday, we noticed that he was sad. He really is energetic and he hasnt acted that way. Took our Cockapoo to PetSmart Southlake to be groomed. We used this location for 5 years with our Golden with no problems. But Austyn is no longer there, so we had to pick another groomer for our new family member. She had one - ONE - matted area at her throat. It could have been clipped. They scalped her entire 10 pound body in the dead of winter. Now they say "it is their policy." They shave the dog if they find even one matted area. Lesson learned. NEVER AGAIN.
We just picked up our Yorkie and just like last time ,around the face & neck looks like they cut almost nothing. I think I learned my lesson. The face hair looks almost the same as before the haircut.
RecommendedI absolutely love this location! They are extremely helpful! My pup loves her nails clipped! And Bandfield is awesome too!
