Took our Cockapoo to PetSmart Southlake to be groomed. We used this location for 5 years with our Golden with no problems. But Austyn is no longer there, so we had to pick another groomer for our new family member. She had one - ONE - matted area at her throat. It could have been clipped. They scalped her entire 10 pound body in the dead of winter. Now they say "it is their policy." They shave the dog if they find even one matted area. Lesson learned. NEVER AGAIN.
