Yesterday I call a couple stores trying to get my maltese groomed (store in parma and north olmsted. I picked my dog up after being called to come get her much earlier than they ever have, paid and took her home. Once home I realized two of her nails we bleeding and half of her body was not even groomed. I called and the manager had the nerve to yell at me. After first, not being told my dog was injured, she wasn't finished, and I was charged full price?
