Yesterday I call a couple stores trying to get my maltese groomed (store in parma and north olmsted. They told me they were booked and also made me aware that our rabies paperwork would expire November 30th) So then I went online and looked into the online scheduling where I preceded to find an appt in the Elyria store for 3-6. I picked my dog up after being called to come get her much earlier than they ever have, paid and took her home. Once home I realized two of her nails we bleeding and half of her body was not even groomed. I called and the manager had the nerve to yell at me. After first, not being told my dog was injured, she wasn't finished, and I was charged full price?
