Pet died, then lied to me, no straight answers I took my long haired cat here to get groomed and they told me she'd be done within 4 hrs. 4 hrs after I dropped her off they called me to tell me that she had died. I was heartbroken. I went down there to see her one last time, and called petsmart headquarters to report a claim. Never take your dogs to get groomed!!!! OMGâ¦. Never take your dogs to get groomed at this petsmart on Skibo road. The customer service is very unprofessional (I was very shocked at how rude the grooming ladies were). To make matters worse, they did a horrible job grooming my dog..
