We've been using this PetsMart for our pet needs and veterinary services for 20yrs now. I've never had anything except good service, with both the store and Banfield Vet inside. They have a great selection of products and services.

Avoid this pet store at all costs. I had my dog groomed and let me just say it was a hack job. The staff is rude and not helpful when looking for new products for my dog and cat. They say they have the best prices in town, but I went across the street and found better prices. Will not be a returning shopper at PetSmart.
Grooming is terrible and the employees are not helpful at all.
The groomer, Catherine, she can't groom schnauzer cuts. My dig looks horrible, the furnishings are way to high, uneven from side to side, don't follow the lines from front to back. This was an absolute horrible job, my dog looks like a kindergartner played with the clippers. This was not the first time, but will be the last!!!!
Nice that all pet needs are in one store, grooming, vet, food and toys.
