We took our dog to be groomed. After several hours, they called for us to come pick him up, that they couldn't finish grooming him because he was unmanageable. Our dog looks like a 5 year old cut his hair. They completely shaved his ears, yet didn't touch the rest of his head. It looked so bad, they didn't even try to charge us, which is good because now we have to pay someone else to try to straighten out the mess until it grows out.
