Since beginning of this year they have become more and more difficult about grooming my dog, she often gets knotted fur on her legs and now they ar3 refusing to groom her, after she has been going there for 7 years. The staff are rude and unfriendly seems like they only want to groom dogs who are easy rather than long coated dogs
