My comments are based on my experience with the staff and mainly the groomer, Melissa. I have been a frequent to this store for several years but just recently had my 17-week-old puppy groomed by Melissa. I just want to say that she was absolutely wonderful. She listened carefully to my needs and concerns and addressed them properly. She was so good with my puppy! I chose not to have him groomed all at one time bc I wanted to maintain a low stress level.
