They are very professional and knowledgeable about the animals in their care. I have been doing business with them over 5 yrs. love looking at their animals yes they can be short on animals but if you are looking for a specific animal they will do their best to locate it for you. Unlike big box store pet stores they know their animals personally not just what they read or was told to say to sell the animal.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. THEY DO NOT TREAT THE ANIMALS IN THEIR CARE CORRECTLY. I have known many different people who have gotten a variety of animals from this store, only to go home and realize how horribly the animals are treated. They drug the puppies so they will be more subdued and adoptable. They PURPOSELY give you food & product recommendations that are harmful to smaller animals (birds, etc) and do not keep the cages/habitats of their animals clean at all.
