Great grooming service and friendly staff.
I'm rarely compelled enough to write a review for anyone , but I know my golden retriever absolutely loved his stay . They actually let your dog get out and run around without an "extra" charge , they keep their facility clean ... They even washed his blanket before sending him home ! Just really great personal team , and we really appreciate the individualized care they gave our dog. We will definitely be back !!!!
Love this place! Great people, fantastic facility, and reasonable prices! The owners are super nice and caring! (They are always there which shows me their dedication & their passion for animals!) My dogs have always had fun and have been treated with such great care every time they have been there! Hands down the best pet daycare/boarding facility in Columbia. The website doesn't do it any justice, you MUST visit to see how modern, clean and neat this facility is. I have a 2 year old yellow Lab named Big that absolutely LOVES boarding/daycare here on the days I work long hours. He always comes home happy and safe...like he's been on the best vacation. lol! We have taken our dog here many times over the past few months. They are very friendly, have helped with dogfood questions and always remember the name of our dog if we run into them elsewhere. If you are looking for a full grooming pkg for your dog you may not find that here especially at those prices, but they have been upfront about that. Great job ! Groomed our dog, and being a Golden retriever shepherd mix I can tell you...she wasn't going to be easy ! She came home clean happy and looked very different....but great ! Store was ultra-clean. Be careful about what you read and believe, competition must have gotten ugly on here....thats all I am saying. I am going to go back and price them for food as I like to support Irmo businesses.
DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE! Our dog is a medium-sized dog, and generally pretty chill. We bought Groupons to this place for dog baths, thinking we'd try it out (how can you mess up a bath?). The first time we took our dog there, she got a decent bath but actually chewed through her harness (something she's never done before). The 2 subsequent trips they did a HORRIBLE job bathing her--it's almost as if they just rinsed her off and sent her back. Don't waste your money. They admit that they are not professional groomers and that is an understatement. None of the usual was done (ie bath, nails, sanitary trim, pad trim). And when I expressed dissatisfaction, they wouldn't do anything about it.
