I bought a black male dutch rabbit December 17,2022 from Pets Plus. The rabbit was sick. I noticed its head tilting after I got home from Lubbock. I live in Odessa. I paid $54.11 for the rabbit. I didn't call for a refund because I didn't figure the store would give me one. and I can't afford a vet bill. I will have to take a loss. The rabbit has stopped eating and is slowly dying.
