My husband and I have been getting all our pet supplies here since we moved to Naples two years ago. They are the only pet store (that I know of, anyway) in Naples that carries feeder mice. They have amazing reptiles, parrots, rabbits, etc. They usually have some kittens but no dogs. All the animals seem well cared for. The staff members are friendly, knowledgeable, and from what I have experienced, they are not afraid of reptiles!
The worse I drove for 20 minutes to go there and they forgot a bag of my fish. Their responce was oh well everybody makes mistakes. Thet didnt want to do any thing for my inconvenience, gas like give me a free fish or anything just a lousy attitude dont ever go there the fish look dead over priced lousy help the person had no knowledge of his fish. Everybody makes mistakes mine will be if I ever go there again
They have a pretty good amount of supplies but extremely over priced
