Helpful and very nice staff and awesome animals! – I've been shopping here for a couple years now. The difference is the knowledge and help you get from the staff that work there. My son loves to go and visit all the animals too.

Wonderful place – The first time we visited this shop, we had a dog with ear mites. Not only did the manager on duty recommend the best product (not most expensive, but the best working) for our dog, she also gave us great and helpful ideas on how to treat his ears so that he would stay still during the process. A couple of months later, we bought my son's pet rats for him. Since we were first time owners, the staff gave us great advice (and continues to do so) on what we needed, how to care for them, how to treat them, etc.... read more

Very helpful and very nice staff – We purchased our "Oreo" black and white pom from them two years ago. We received good service and they are always willing to help. We received a discount on all we purchased after that. On regular occasions we go back with our babies for the staff to see them. The staff are always so happy to see puppies they sold come back to visit them. Great place and the only place I will shop for my kids.

OVERPRICED – I went to buy a puppy from them, and we were told that for a YEAR we would get a 10% discount on food, toys, puppy pads, etc, and we were LIED to....We could NOT even use the coupons that came with our NEW puppy pack...I will NOT shop there AGAIN
