Best workers ever.
Stopped at this "Rocket" today. Terrible service! One employee behind counter helping long line of customers. Three employees behind food counter. One cleaning looked at line and commented she "doesn't work at that store". Another commented if customers "don't want to wait they can use self checkout". Agree with customer in front of us, appears money could be saved by cutting staff if they don't want to provide service. Regret giving this place our fuel and food business.
They have changed the name from Petromart to Rocket. Same store and staff.
I go here about 4 days a week . The early morning shift will not say hello when you walk in or say goodbye when you leave. It’s the oddest thing in the world. Makes you feel a little creepy walking in at that time of day. They have the self checkout which I use, but a greeting would be nice. Same crew for almost a year. Now the new guy stands there and stares at you with no hello. Are they trained not to speak to customers? This is crazy.
