Nice store - would stop here again
Really use to love this place. However the last few times I have been in there the young blonde girl and the young girl with the brown shorter hair have been extremely rude and unprofessional. I seriously Miss when they had the best employees who treated everybody so well. I think they need some training on customer service because they definitely don't need to be working together that's for sure. Best workers ever.
Stopped at this "Rocket" today. Terrible service! One employee behind counter helping long line of customers. Three employees behind food counter. One cleaning looked at line and commented she "doesn't work at that store". Another commented if customers "don't want to wait they can use self checkout". Agree with customer in front of us, appears money could be saved by cutting staff if they don't want to provide service. Regret giving this place our fuel and food business.
