I like this PetroMart however, I feel intimidated when using PM gas pumps because on several occasions I have been approached by vagrants asking for gas money. I tell them that all I have is a credit card (which is true) but their harassment persists. I work nights and generally stop by this PM at 2AM & 4AM. Up until a couple of months ago, there was a gentleman that worked there on Wednesday nights. When I got off work across the street I would go there for gas, munchies and smokes. Now there is some kid there who has ZERO customer service skills. The last few times I've stopped there I've gotten " I'm running paper work, I can't run any transactions for about 30 min". I merely went to this business establishment to fill up my gas tank and get something to drink and possibly buy one pack of cigarettes granite smoking is a bad habit . I look to my account information just to see how much money I spent at this particular store location come to find out every 2 months I spend about 475 at your location alone but this will be money that will be going to another gas station down the road. That place is horrible! You wait in line for 15 mins! You have nothing but meth heads and drug addicts working there and they are all very rude! One lady was moving her jaw back and forth so bad I coukdnt understand her. The people who work there couldn't have made it past 6th grade! I will nver go back to that place again!
