Stopped by for an energy drink before work. Bought 3, 1 for me, 2 for friends. They have a deal posted, buy 2, get 1 free. Associate scanned 4 times, when I questioned him on it & the deal, he replied "I don't set the prices, I'm just checking you out." Didn't have time to wait for a manager. No number to call, can't email Alta either.
The hospitality was absent, an excessive use of profanity from the Manager on duty was not appreciated. Some more training on how to deal with customers is due from top to bottom. Denise is first, and the worst.
