Just walked in to grab food from the sun bar, as soon as my wife and I started walking to the counter. The lady behind it ran off to go behind the gas station counter. The order kiosk were not working and when we asked the gas station attendant and sub worker just said to open the app and went back to chatting. Absolutely horrible customer service
I frequently visit this location because of the money I get back via my Upside app. However, when I visit, no matter what time of the day or the pump, I always have to go inside for a receipt. Does anyone ever change the paper? Update: Today (5/3/24) I was able to get a receipt at the pump, however, I was a little taken back by the cleaning schedule on the men’s bathroom door. Apparently, nobody has signed off on the cleaning in a while. And, it smelled like an outhouse. I guess I’ll find somewhere else to get my fuel and sn... read more
The gentleman working there , Tek Abrah really went out of his way to help me and I so appreciate it! I'm a single female and was moving cross country with a 4runner chock full of stuff, and things on top, spare tire included with secured by ratchett. First my keys got locked in the auto while pumping gas, and Tek saved the day in minutes, gaining entry to auto. It’s truly now the worst place to go now that they have ghetto employees working in the morning on Fridays. Rude , impolite and very unprofessional employees have ruined it for me!
