TJ and Lizette, Picked our dog up and took him to PetMed hospital in Tijuana. Our pet needed immediate surgery, they kept us up to date with pictures and videos throughout. They stayed at the hospital till our fur baby was out of surgery to update us. Our Pet stayed in the hospital for 5 days and every day They will send us updates and videos from the doctor. TJ and Lizette picked up our meds and prescription food and brought our fur baby back home safe. Amazing service! Highly recommend!
What can be better than your dogs loving their transportation humans ❤️ Lizette and TJ are the best they really care about the patients and love that they are always updating us. Today my big girl Pepper was in love with TJ at her appointment! Will definitely recommend them 😊

I wish I could give TJ and Lizette 100 stars! I was nervous all week anticipating handing her off to strangers. Within 20 seconds of meeting them, I was fully at ease. Their love of animals is obvious and shown in everything they do. They held Sadie before putting her in the car and she instantly fell in love. PetMex has been nothing but AMAZING since we first got our dog! TJ and Lizette took such good care of him on every trip to the vet (extreme anxiety with car rides). They also updated us on every step of our dogs surgery and best options. Can’t wait for Sosa to go with them every year for his wellness visits.
