I can say I'm so happy with the level of care and patience that Lizette and TJ had with my dog. I was recommended this service through a friend and I can safely say it was so unbelievably worth it. My senior dog needed quite a few procedures to be done, and TJ consistently updated me of the ongoings of the appointment and had also made sure to explicitly go over + double check the medications my dog needed. I can’t say enough good things about PetMex International! After 3 vet appointments and 1 urgent care visit in San Diego, I finally reached out to the PetMex International team. They quickly responded to my text, answered all of my questions and they transported our 13 year old cat to Tijuana, Mexico. It was hard for me at first to consider sending our baby away with strangers --and over the border too! (Otis has never left our house without one of us). !!! but TJ and Lizette felt like friends to me right away. They kept us posted the whole time and answered every question we had! So kind. My dog was diagnosed with IVDD in her neck, pet Mex made it possible for my corgi to get the surgery and care needed. After being quoted 10k plus in SD, pet mex found a clinic schedule it all and had a game plan all in a day of contact for a fraction of the cost quoted in SD! They are amazing to work with, took exceptional care of my dog and kept me updated all along the way. I can’t thank PetMex enough for saving my girl!
