I will never come here again. Owner is condescending and rude. At her store the owner is right and the customer is WRONG.

Bought my little dwarf hamster and a lady who was working there, gave me a good educational speech about hamsters. I love this place because you can interact with the animals that you want to purchase.
After purchasing a large rat and throwing it out we inspected it before feeding it to my snake and which case the stomach was bloated and purple and black went to return it the very next day. I had nothing but headache trying to inform the individual it was a feeder right from the get-go. Then to be insulted and pretty much not getting the proper treatment you get whenever there is an issue and if I would have fed that to my snake, it may have thrown it up. terrible customer service sales
Not sure what happened ever since some thieves broke in late one night and took off with some birds, but things have seriously changed with your staff. My wife and I were in Sunday about to buy a load of dog food, dog treats, bird food – and was seriously considering throwing down $3500 on a parrot that fell in love with me. One of the staff even walked by and smiled saying “He likes you!”. I’ve bought birds, cages, supplies and items for years from this store – so it’s not like I was some idiot handling the wildlife.
