Terrific experience in working with several of the staff. My wife and I have come in several times to view the puppies and we decided on a Beagle. Elissa provided a lot of breed information to help us make a good decision as to what fit our family the best. We had worked with other sales staff who had helped us previously, but we weren't ready yet. Thanks for your patiience and care in helping us get our new pup!
Don't buy from Petland! I bought a husky, it started to have severe diarrhea so I took her to the vet they said it was just an upset stomach and gave me a few pills. The diarrhea got worse and she stopped eating so we took another trip the vet and found out she had a highly contagious virus known as parvo. Petland was extremely rude and would not give me a refund or even a partial refund so we left the contagious dog at their store and I called my credit card company and disputed the charge.
