Terrific experience in working with several of the staff. My wife and I have come in several times to view the puppies and we decided on a Beagle. Elissa provided a lot of breed information to help us make a good decision as to what fit our family the best. We had worked with other sales staff who had helped us previously, but we weren't ready yet. Thanks for your patiience and care in helping us get our new pup!
Don't buy from Petland! I bought a husky, it started to have severe diarrhea so I took her to the vet they said it was just an upset stomach and gave me a few pills. The diarrhea got worse and she stopped eating so we took another trip the vet and found out she had a highly contagious virus known as parvo. Petland was extremely rude and would not give me a refund or even a partial refund so we left the contagious dog at their store and I called my credit card company and disputed the charge. DON'T BUY HERE...LISTEN TO ALL THE OTHER REVIEWS THEY ARE TRUE...RANDY is the person who sold us our sick puppy that had pneumonia. He didn't explain any of the important stuff to us that we needed to know before making the purchase. He didn't go over anything and left the parts out that would make anyone second guess or ask more questions before buying, just to make the sell and commission off of it. PUPPY MILL LAND This location sold me a sick puppy they claimed was a mini from the finest breeders. I found my puppies breeder and this "farm" is nothing short of a puppy mill. I paid a lot of hard earned money for my puppy and now I have a sick puppy i have been and still am nursing back to health. This place and the associated vet, Your Family Vet should be shut down!!!
If you have not been to this store recently, do yourself a favor and check out the wow! puppies. A Neo Mastiff, Bull Mastiff, English Bulldogs, French Bulldogs, and a perfect Siberian Husky!
