"Deceptive sales practice" Was pressured into a hard credit inquiry without clear disclosure. Now stuck rebuilding my credit. That I didn’t even want to use yet. Staff either didn’t understand or intentionally misled me. I am extremely upset with the staff. I went in simply to ask how much a puppy cost. They refused to tell me the actual price upfront; if I’d known it was over $1,000, I would’ve immediately walked away.
