We bought our mini pin from there for $1450 and the young girl with dark long hair has a real NASTY attitude. She was saying to my husband and I "you better take care of this dog and it better not get sick! " I could not believe she was making these horrible accusations without knowing us. I feel sick to my stomach leaving there! Thank god I got my dog out of that place! This has to be the cleanest petstore we've ever been in. They have a lot of puppies and other animals, but the store never smells like animals, everything is clean. I know some of the people who work there and most of them are very nice people who love their jobs.. Some of them reallly know a lot about pets and during the weekdays It's usually pretty quiet, so they like to talk about pets and new product. The store is very clean. Their kennels are spotless and they have full time kennel staff. Every puppy comes with a written health guarantee, vet visits and a lot of other stuff included. They actually spent a lot of time helping people pick out thier puppy. They also have a nice aquarium department, and lots of other small animals.
