Nazgol Fallah Toussi was the most unprofessional notary I have ever encountered. She made our experience as sellers exceedingly difficult by refusing to adhere to the fundamental principles of a notary's responsibilities. When confronted about even the most minor issues, she threatened to cancel the appointment and halt progress.
