I have been going Pete for more than 20 years now. He knows what he is doing and I have no complaints. He gets the job done fast and his rates are more than fair in my opinion. Over the years I have brought Pete friends and family.... no complaints! Pete, see you in about 9 months or so ~

Pete and his staff are careful with my information and complete my taxes in a timely fashion. They charge a very fair price. They have always been upfront with my wife and I regarding how long the process will take and when to expect any returns. I appreciate Pete! He works hard to take care of my tax prep needs!

About a week and a half ago I contacted the business to get my taxes done. I was told it would cost $100. I sent my information in but didn't hear back so I called them and was told it would take another 2 weeks. I was also told I would have to pay more due to an extension. I told them I was told I would only have to pay $100 and they told me that they never said that. I told them they were dishonest and I no longer wanted them to do my taxes. Hello, ********You emailed us your information on April 2nd and you were told at that time you would most likely need to have an extension due to how late it was in the tax season. We start informing customers that they will possibly have an extension the last week of March and we log in our records if a client has been informed of the possibility of an extension.
