I’m new to biking as I recently bought an exercise bike to recover from knee surgery. The seat was uncomfortable so I stopped in Pete’s Garage to buy a new one. They were extremely knowledgeable and asked me a series of questions to come to the realization that my current bike seat just needed to be adjusted. He adjusted my current seat at no charge, said he could sell me a new bike seat but their goal is to get happy people on the road, not just make a sale. That’s a great mindset to run a business! These guys did my e-bike right they did new brakes, new tires and derailleur adjustments were exactly what I needed. I dropped my bike off and picked it up the same day I really appreciate the work you guys did. A1 customer service.....
Great big wonderful shop to buy whatever your bike needs are . I rented a hybrid bike after trying a road bike . Thomas and Keaton gave great service, support and kindness. Highly recommend this shop and these accomodating men and now ready for my Door County tour

I don’t recommend this place seeing I only had my electric bike for three months before it got wet and battery stopped, with too high repair bill. They told me they wouldn’t cover any warranty and made it seem like it was my fault
