I don’t even give a 1 star I give a 0. I was very disappointed with my experience at Pete’s Garage. I brought my bike in hoping to get it repaired, but they refused to work on it because of their insurance policy. While I understand businesses have policies, it was frustrating to be turned away without any effort to offer an alternative solution or recommend another shop that could help. Mike was super helpful when I went to buy a new bike. He listened to what I was looking for, explained the parts, and how I can modify it later if I decide to. He answered all of my questions and went above and beyond!! Highly recommend
Haven’t been to the shop, but they had a tent at the Door County Triathlon. Needed some quick emergency maintenance and they were able to squeeze me in. They were life savers (race saver).
