Elitist bike snobs. Insane prices for basic gear such as pumps, seats, and gloves. They only want their type of customers in the store.

My bike was creaky. They fixed the creak. Turnaround time was quick. Excellent per usual.
Damage my bike and refused to take responsibility for it. Not a single part i had replaced was greased or lubed. Re: damage is on the opposite side of where the chain was also the bb i had installed has started creaking.
