The sales people were very helpful and courteous. made my purchasing of a box spring and mattress a pleasant experience, Also I recently went back to buy a dining room set and was dealt with extremely professionally. Lousy Customer Service - I had to pop into the dance studio next door to leave my youngest with my wife for a couple of minutes before heading over to Pete's with the intention of purchasing some furniture. However I was a few extra minutes in the dance studio than expected and came out to find a note on my car threatening to tow me!! NEWS FLASH the Pete's parking was EMPTY!! Why? I think your customer service and you indiscretion to the customers who spend a lot of hard earned money only to be told they wont do an exchange or refund or credit. the living room set love seat sofa w chaise and 2 recliners wont fit in my living room and they pretty much told me its not there problem. I will never shop there nor recommend them to my worst enemy!!!
