I’ve called them at least 10 times - spoke to the same person on a few occasions. I sent in all the info I’ve been asked on my boat via email and discussed options directly. Apparently there was another person that needed to go over it. Nobody has ever called me back and I’ve left multiple messages by phone and sent emails.,,, I don’t know what to do. Your business was highly recommended to me… where am I going wrong here …,
Just had my ' 97 HD Heritage Springer seat redone here and the workmanship is unbelievable. Competitive pricing too. My gut instinct was to get this place to do it. Glad I did.
I called about my sofa cushions sinking causing my back and legs to be in pain. I brought in a cushion and he said this isn't really the issue that the coils maybe more the root cause. He did quote replacing the foams but he suggested placing some plywood between the coils and the cushions to distribute weight better. And I am about 300 lbs. The owner is quite correct. His knowledge reassured me. This is where I will go for help anytime.
