Great company! – The other review before this one must have been written by a competitor of this company. I hired Peterson's to come out and trim 5 trees on my property. They were professional, spoke english, and they were trimmed so naturally that you couldn't even tell they were pruned. They covered my patio furniture, and the clean up was outstanding. OMG what a mess – This company came out and it appeared to have all undocumented aliens working for them, I asked if they could remove a branch that was hitting the window and not a single one of them understood my english. I was not impressed by their work whatsoever and would not reccomend them, or use them again. I will be calling the immigration bureau on this company as soon as I can.
Great attention to detail – I had a fantastic expierience using petersons tree works. The Estimator Mike came out and was knowledgeble,courteous and funny.He made the best of a bad thing, we had to remove a 100 year old Pine that had a trunk the size of a VW beetle, it had fallen against the house ,and this tree was huge and The Petersons Crew removed it completly ,including the stump with absolute precision and care, They responded quickly when the emergency arose and remedied it in no time and their prices were not outrage... read more
customer follow up should improve. – Slow to return phone calls (days pass). Once on the job, their work was good, excellent clean up of job site.
