Bad customer service. I had some complicated estate taxes done by Peterson that was not good news for me. I got letters from the Oregon Department of Revenue and IRS. I brought them to Peterson as I got them and kept getting them. Finally decided to call Oregon Department of Revenue and there was no correspondence with Peterson. I assume no IRS correspondence took place as well. I took care of it myself. Peterson also offers negotiations with the IRS and probably ODR but no mention from Peterson and no correspondence with ei... read more

I cannot believe I haven't written a review for Peterson Tax & Accounting Services - Holly and her entire team are incredible! They are wonderful professionals with a wealth of knowledge and expertise. Over the years my family and I have gone through weird and complex tax situations that were easily handled by Holly and her amazing team of tax professionals. As far as recommending them - I already do! My brother in law, friend/ business partner all use Peterson.
