I am a Realtor who has done quite a bit of closings with this firm. I highly recommend them. Everytime I do a closing in the Fort Mill area- I will use John Peterson.One example is a closing where the staff took initiative and called me with information that the house we were buying was part of a philantrhopic loan that "forgave debt of up to \$20k" of 1/15 years.
