I am the executor of Sadie Stegall s Property at 2390 Len Patterson Rd, Fort Mill, SC There is almost \$30,000 missing from my mother s estate. I havebeen trying to get the paperwork involving my mother s land for almost 3 years. In my opinion, this attorney is nothing but a criminal on the payroll of Neal Developmnet Corporation who plans to make millions on this land. I am a Realtor who has done quite a bit of closings with this firm. I highly recommend them. Everytime I do a closing in the Fort Mill area- I will use John Peterson.One example is a closing where the staff took initiative and called me with information that the house we were buying was part of a philantrhopic loan that "forgave debt of up to \$20k" of 1/15 years.
