I had a scheduled appointment for my first consultation and was informed less than 45 minutes before my appointment that Jeffery had "conflicted out". I can understand if there was a conflict of interest, however they would have known this WELL before I had been called and this is completely unreliable service. I took the day off work for the appointment too
