Very high turn-over for a reason. I used to work here and it was not a good place to work. The firm has a culture of chaos and high turnover which made it a very poor place to work. The also had a habit of randomly changing you billed hours at the end of the month which made life very very difficult. Honestly, you could probably find a better place to work if you are considering this firm...I know that I did.
Stay away. One of their attorneys... Tamara James Winston, gets involved in all kinds of racial and political battles on social media. Beware of the unprofessionalism! I would never want someone so racially critical representing me!
