I was a completely innocent person who was accused of crime i never committed, by a neighbor who stole a big chunk of my land and wanted to keep it. Eventually the DA dropped the charges. Justin Petersen betrayed confidentiality telling the DA and the Judge something I'd told him in confidence. It changed the way that I was perceived and caused me untold hardship and difficulty in the Mendocino County Superior Court. Do not trust Justin Petersen, he’s a horrible person and an inept lawyer. Every where you go, even out of County you will hear great things about Justin Petersen. I did not like him but I hired him because of all the fabulous reviews. Great , Mr Petersen took time to explain our case.......knows his stuff. Confirmed what we already thought . I should add that he represented one of us before successfully and he took time out of his schedule to talk to Tim about another matter. Class act . This is about Eric Peterson but we helped a friend hire Justin Peterson 10/24 and he is excellent as well.
