I just called to inquire if they could help me with my situation, and a man answered the phone and couldn't have been ruder and more unprofessional than he was!!! Just the way he answered the phone was wholly rude and unprofessional. He didn't say his name, so I don't know what his name is. Although I was taken aback by how rude he was, I did go on and tell him that I wanted to see if they could help me and I said, "Do I speak with you, or someone else?".
