The facility did not have a continuing care plan nor did they tell me my father could not walk more than 10 feet. The social worker was supposed to apply for my father’s Medicaid bcuz I’m mentally disabled & she delayed for months so I was harassed about paying the invoice even before his Medicaid was approved. The facility went as far as to tell me that they would put my father out on a certain date if I didn’t pay them immediately. This is illegal and highly unprofessional and immoral.
