Ordered some items on eBay. I called them within a couple of hours to cancel the order and although the order had not left the shop I was told they would send them anyway as it would be too much work for them to find the items and cancel the postage. It cost me almost £10 to return £50 of items because they were not willing to help. Responses when speaking to them are arrogant, so won’t be using again. Would not recommend.
