I rarely write reviews, and when I do, they’re usually positive — but not this time. I stopped into Peters Hardware and waited my turn in line, only to have an older gentleman cut right in front of me. When I finally got to the counter, I showed the employee a specific item I was looking for on my phone. Instead of helping, he responded angrily and told me — very harshly — that no one was available to assist me.
