Absolutely horrible service and lack of communication for a simple tax preparation. Have gotten nothing but the runaround and being told false information. The lack of follow-up and follow-through is shocking and frustrating. I cannot imagine trusting them with anything remotely complicated if they cannot complete a simple return. I do not recommend using their services.

I am the son-in-law of the owner of this business. He did my taxes for a couple of years and every time it has been sub par work.Every year he waits till the last minute to do it delaying me the time I get my refund. The first couple of years he never gave me my paperwork, so I didn’t know what was going on with my taxes until I hounded him for it.
