The ladies behind the front desk know very little about lumber, and always seem annoyed. They wasted my time putting a delivery order together that they knew they wouldn't deliver, because I missed the deadline by minutes. I told them that I would take my business elsewhere and they were delighted to hear this, as they watched me leave and called, "have a nice day" in a gleeful tone.
