SCAMMER!!! DO NOT SEND HIM YOUR MONEY!!!! I sent him the deed he was supposed to submit TWICE and both times it was sent back! The first time it was sent back he said they hadn’t paid for their PO Box which was already a HUGE FLAG 🚩 but I sent it back to them hoping it was just a mistake. I paid $2,750 for estate planning services after being told that my trust and estate documents would be customized to my specific needs. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing.
