I've been in this store 3 times and every time the customer service is absolutely terrible. It's the same lady, no personality, not willing to help you, like she's too good-totally different from the other stores at Town Center & the one on Southside Blvd. Apparently, she doesn't need the money from the business-must be set up just for looks. This woman was unbelievably rude. She does not know how to talk to customers. I've experienced this before from the same location. I hadn't been in years. I finally decided to give it another shot but ill NEVER return after this. She is a disgrace to the peterbrooke name. She needs to take a customer service class, this is why I drive to San marco because the customer service is better there.

Not worth the visit! Was treated unbelievable rude and told the restroom was not for public use while my 5 year asked to go unless I became a customer (which I was intending on buying for a birthday). Completely disappointed and would never return - would suggest the same to others.
