As a former Lawyer I was shocked and very disappointed with the performance of KSW Lawyers and lawyer Jillian Foster. The firm’s concentration in the Family Law department was to push through files without consideration of the individual circumstances of the Client. Had WCB send me to this law firm, without telling me it was not WCB ,had them waist my time collecting info, trying to convince me to not file for bullying and harassment against my employer, then sent me an email stating they were not taking clients, they are clowns who do not care about people.
A couple of years ago, I had talked to several lawyers about a Will Variation case and I didn't get a great feeling about them. Approached this company 2 years ago to sue a former employer and also a company that screwed me out of $7,000. Filled out forms, signed stuff, dropped it off, spoke at length with the lawyer who then said she'd draft a letter of intent and that she'd be in touch the next week. We'll, didnt hear back for months. Contacted her multiple times, and after 5 emails, she finally got back to me and said she'd send off the letter of intent, as she hadn't before when she said she was going to.
