Approached this company 2 years ago to sue a former employer and also a company that screwed me out of $7,000. Filled out forms, signed stuff, dropped it off, spoke at length with the lawyer who then said she'd draft a letter of intent and that she'd be in touch the next week. It's unfortunate that I have to write this, but our experince with Mr. Bolton of KSW Lawyers was rather disappointing from the get go. My mother had them do her original will, and she needed some changes done. So we decided to go back to them. So when we set up the appointment, part of the process was a phone meeting with Mr Bolton and my mother.
