My husband and I have recently sold a house with the help from Teresa and Chloe. They both made the process so easy and hassle-free. Extremely disappointed with the lack of professional diligence. Despite my explicit written instructions to ensure all personal property was removed, my conveyancer attempted to use the 'as-is' clause to excuse a failure to enforce Vacant Possession. Furthermore, they failed to formally amend the Contract of Sale regarding the new settlement date, leading to quantifiable financial damages.
