I was struggling with hip/back pain for a year which affected my ability to run. Had seen a few physiotherapist but nothing seemed to be working. One session with Peter and the pain had almost completely alleviated and I managed to do my first run in a year with zero pain. If you’re struggling with an injury, he’s 10/10 your man to go to!
My first visit to Peter this morning, but won't be my last. I received a friendly welcome, some good informative advice for future self-care and a good massage.
Peter worked on my shoulders and back, we had a discussion initially about areas that required attention. Very thorough and I've left feeling a lot less tight across my back and shoulders. Highly recommend.
Peter is very professional and friendly and definitely knows his stuff. Having suffered a neck/shoulder injury myself, he was able to help ease the tender points after just one session. I will definitely continue to work with Peter to help regain mobility and strength. Good location with easy access/parking. Highly recommend.
I went to see Peter after a difficult few weeks of personal events which had caused a lot of pain and tension in my shoulder, chest and back. Peter is welcoming, calm, kind and listens to the issues and or pain you’re having. I felt extremely comfortable and was able to relax fully while Peter worked on my shoulder and back. He was very thorough in his treatment and this has really helped ease the tension and I’m feeling so much better. I won’t hesitate to book in again with Peter as and when I need to.
