Literally terrible , have been trying to contact them since last week. It’s always “we will call you back” only received one call back and no further response since . . They give you the runaround and clearly don’t want to help

This guy was supposed to call me back about my case over and over for weeks. I kept calling to check in with him and every time i spoke with him, he didn't remember any of the details of my case. At one point I told him some details of meeting someone on a dating app and he like shouted into the phone at me "what?! You're gay?" This is something I had brought up to him previously each time we had talked and part of the case revolved around meeting someone on a gay dating app. I thought we were in the year 2024 but here we ar... read more
