Rude and abrasive demeanour, unhelpful attitude and obviously stuck in the 1950s. Not willing to email and his website link is broken but don't worry his 'daughter looks after that'. When I did not agree on-the-spot to meet with him next week to 'see if he can help' (why would I visit someone in person who doesn't know if they can help me..this is what that email he can't be bothered to take would achieve) he just hung up on me.
