I can not imagine a better load officer with whom to work than Peter Grossman. Throughout the process he was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to all my inquiries. Peter took the time to present several scenarios to determine the best value for “my” loan, rather than plugging me into the easiest refinance option. Despite some administrative hiccups with appraiser and notary, Peter met my closing target. Mahalo, Peter!

Peter facilitated two mortgages for me. The first one was fairly complicated as the property was co-inherited and in a trust, so the loan involved coordinating with my attorney. Working with Peter was a great experience. He was able to find a lower interest rate and better closing terms than my local banks. The rates and closing costs he quoted me before the loan process were very accurate.
