I cannot recommend the services of Peter G. Arnheim & Associates based on our recent experience with an estate matter. We encountered significant issues regarding the Grant of Probate due to a failure to follow standard Practice Directions. Specifically, the firm failed to confirm an executor’s willingness to act prior to filing. This oversight resulted in the need to redo the Grant of Probate entirely, causing unnecessary delays and landing the estate with significant additional legal costs.
