Fantastic is the best way to describe this experience. Although I didn't expect to be in this predicament, Mr. Gomez put me at ease. He explained everything to me several times. I was anxious and a bit nervous but I felt very comfortable talking to him. So very happy that I chose this firm. The other staff members are also very polite and helpful, always smiling.
