Receptionist was not helpful at all.
They are the worst! I filed my tax to them a month ago, and after a month my husband received his and I didn’t received mine. So I had to call them about my application and when I called they told me it was not lodged because I’m missing a document that no one called me about. Excellent service and lovely people. Mandy is great.
Final bill almost double discussed quote. I stated that I had a rental property when I made contact. I was quoted $180, not informed that owning a rental property would incur a larger fee, I have been invoiced for $325 on completion. Final cost is much greater than was discussed, prior to engagement. Disappointed
