Receptionist was not helpful at all.
They are the worst! I filed my tax to them a month ago, and after a month my husband received his and I didn’t received mine. So I had to call them about my application and when I called they told me it was not lodged because I’m missing a document that no one called me about. I had to waste my time waiting for my tax when eventually they did not do anything about it. Very disappointing especially that Mandy who is very rude on the phone. Excellent service and lovely people. Mandy is great.
Final bill almost double discussed quote. I stated that I had a rental property when I made contact. I was quoted $180, not informed that owning a rental property would incur a larger fee, I have been invoiced for $325 on completion. Final cost is much greater than was discussed, prior to engagement. Disappointed
