Having Mishal Khilji get our paperwork in order was unbelievably smooth. Then sitting with Peter Mason to sign the final documents was actually surprising pleasure. Peter explained what each paper meant throughout every step, answered all of our questions in clear and concise language and went so far as to prep us for our next purchase. At closing Mishal ensured we were kept updated and fully informed. These people are absolutely amazing. We cannot recommend them enough.

I requested paperwork regarding an encumbrance from Kelly Brown, but my emails have been repeatedly ignored. It’s extremely frustrating to have to chase a law firm for specific documentation after they’ve already been paid for their services. I would caution others to be mindful of their experience with this firm. In my experience, communication and follow-up have been very disappointing.
